I like to begin with a focused proof of concept. We agree the scope and budget up front, and I build something you can try with your team. It gives you a feel for the direction and for working together before deciding on a larger engagement.
Build in clear milestones
Once the direction is clear, I break the work into manageable milestones. Each has a defined scope, a concrete result, and a review point. Your feedback shapes what comes next, and new ideas are agreed separately.
Keep the work easy to follow
I keep updates concise and organize progress, feedback, and decisions by topic. A shared project overview shows what's done, what's next, and where I need your input. If priorities change, we discuss the effect on scope, budget, and timing before moving ahead.
